In order to understand what catergories users expected products to be in, I had users perform a card sorting exercise to help figure out the navigation and search filters for the site.

In order to understand what catergories users expected products to be in, I had users perform a card sorting exercise to help figure out the navigation and search filters for the site.
Based on the results from Card Sorting, I reorganized the site’s navigation to be in line with user expectations.
