I had the 8 users who I interviewed run through the full user flow for subscribing to a product and put the results in a value vs. effort chart in order to determine which adjustments to make a priority. 


  • Method: combo of in person, remote and moderated usability testing via Maze

  • Age: 24-34 years
  • Task Completion Rate: 100%

  • Wanted quick cost analysis before clicking into the product
